I act, sing, cook, admire beards (read: reblog pictures of scantily clad hairy men), occasionally try to dance, and create. Ridiculousness is always welcomed.
I am studying theatre at the University of Alberta. I studied two years of Drama and will be starting my BFA in Acting come September. Class of 2016! I'm also gay, for what it's worth. This blog is a little glimpse into my hopefully interesting life.
Bonus points if you have chest hair and/or a beard, or if you look like, sing like, or are Dan Mangan. Enjoy!
I cleaned out the Hallmark Store. This will go down as the year “tradition” and homophobia got separated.
At least, “Don we now our fav aparrel” would have a ring to it!
I hate finding shit like this too.
It reminds me of an Ann Landers/Dear Abby (sisters, btw) column in the dark ages many years ago. A disgruntled woman wrote in asking why we homosexuals had to use a nice word like “gay” ‘cause it ruined its previously popular definition of fun, joy and, well, gaiety!
One of them defiantly responded that we were free to call ourselves by whatever name we saw fit!
And it’s still left an impression on me thirty-five years later.
